Emotional Marketing Value Headline Analyzer
This free tool analyzes your headline to determine its Emotional Marketing Value (EMV) score. Simply paste your headline into the box and select the business or industry you’re targeting. Not only will it give you your EMV score, it will also indicate the emotion your headline impacts: Intellectual, Empathetic or Spiritual.
Are your sentences too long, too dense, too complicated or too difficult to follow? Fear not. Use one of the logos at the top of the page to paste your copy into the Hemmingway App. Yellow highlights instruct you to shorten your copy. Red indicates long, complicated sentences you should edit until the red disappears. Adverbs appear in blue so you can quickly eliminate most of them. And green indicates passive voice. Happy hunting.
